Join us at SUPA for a joyful, hands-on workshop where we’ll transform plain boots, trainers or shoes into shiny, disco-ready, festival-ready or simply every-day-ready masterpieces using metallic foils.
This workshop is all about self-expression, creativity, and giving old footwear a second life instead of buying more fast fashion. Whether you want silver space-cowboy boots, holographic stompy stompers, or subtle shiny details… this is your moment.
No experience needed at all. I’ll guide you through the gilding process step-by-step in a relaxed, friendly workshop filled with sparkles, colour and good vibes.
Please bring:
👟 Your own boots, trainers or shoes
✨ Faux leather or leather works best (no suede or fabric)
🛍️ Charity shop, Vinted and car boot finds are PERFECT
I’ll provide the materials, tools, foils and inspiration. There will be a range of metallic colours and finishes to choose from so you can create something completely unique to you. ✨ I may ask for colour preferences beforehand so we can prep enough materials. Due to workshop time, designs will be limited to two foil colours or finishes per pair.
