Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Supa Fantastic purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how to return it smoothly.

Return Window

You can return physical items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unused
In original packaging
In resellable condition

How to Return an Item

You have two options:

(return postage covered by customer)

Please email support@supafantastic.com before returning anything.
Include your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If posting your return, we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
We cannot guarantee that items posted without tracking will reach us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Digital downloads
Gift cards
Custom-made or personalised items
Used/opened products
Perishable or edible goods
Health / hygiene items
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe or Square)
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear

Exchanges

We can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged and we have stock available.
Email support@supafantastic.com to request an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

Check your bank account
Contact your card provider
Speak to your bank (processing times vary)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout, you may receive store credit once returned.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
